5. User Conduct You agree not to:

5.3. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

6. Monetization and Payments
6.1. Donatuz facilitates payments between creators and their audience. We are not responsible for the actions of payment processors or banks.
6.2. Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations related to income earned through Donatuz.
6.3. Donatuz reserves the right to withhold payments or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Donatuz and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7.2. You may not use Donatuz's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information without our prior written consent.
