Due to the nature of our service, which facilitates direct support for creators through one-time or recurring contributions, we operate under a strict no-refunded policy unless explicitly required by applicable law.

1. General No-Refund Policy
All contributions made through Donatuz, whether one-time donations or recurring subscriptions, are considered final and non-refundable. When you pledge support to a creator, your payment is processed and transferred to them (minus applicable fees) to help fund their work. As such, we do not offer refunds for contributions once they have been successfully processed.
2. Why We Don’t Offer RefundsDirect Support Model: Payments you make go directly to creators to support their projects, content, or services. Refunding a contribution would require retrieving funds from the creator, which disrupts their ability to rely on the support they’ve received.
Service Fees: Donatuz charges platform fees to operate, and these are non-recoverable once a transaction is complete.
Commitment to Creators: Our platform is designed to provide creators with dependable funding, and a no-refund policy ensures they can plan and create with confidence.
3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While we generally do not issue refunds, there are limited circumstances where a refund may be considered:
Fraudulent Transactions: If you believe your account was used without your authorization, please contact us immediately at maslin@donatuz.com with details of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed as unauthorized, may issue a refund at our discretion.
Legal Requirements: In some jurisdictions, consumer protection laws may mandate refunds under specific conditions. If applicable, we will comply with such legal obligations.
4. Subscription Cancellations
For recurring contributions, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future payments, but it does not entitle you to a refund for any payments already processed, including the current billing cycle.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
